"I set up my appointment online and got a text reminder which was great - but when I showed up early they said my appointment was for the following Monday.Since it's a walk-in clinic it was fine, but I ended up waiting over an hour to see the vet. The staff is very courteous and helpful with your questions. I wish the vet asked me if there was anything else I'd like to discuss before leaving. My cat had an upper respiratory infection but when I gave them her symptoms, it seemed like they were going to treat that as the problem without checking her out first to see if it was anything else.I still prefer this clinic to others and I trust the staff. Having the online scheduler is very convenient and helpful - if it worked lol."
