My pitty is only 5 years old! Other clinics I went with higher ratings were not friendly, and the doctors were not personable.Della and Dr. Gluck were fantastic. Explanation was simple and thorough with exact plan options. I appreciate the practical points of view and realistic solutions. Ultimately, leaving it up to me to decide the best course of action. I went through 3 vets for the last 2 years. Being in healthcare, it is so important for patients to feel heard and listened to, even though options are not always what we want.
