"I'm transferring my dog's care to this clinic. I called for a semi urgent issue. Got all medical records transferred over to I address my dog's recently diagnosed osteoarthritis. My pitty is only 5 years old! Other clinics I went with higher ratings were not friendly, and the doctors were not personable.Della and Dr. Gluck were fantastic. Explanation was simple and thorough with exact plan options. I appreciate the practical points of view and realistic solutions. Ultimately, leaving it up to me to decide the best course of action. I went through 3 vets for the last 2 years. Being in healthcare, it is so important for patients to feel heard and listened to, even though options are not always what we want. Thank you so much for seeing us today, and Linus is resting comfortably. See you in 6 months for the follow-up! Grateful!"
